Takeoff is a program where we connect accomplished startup founders with the Midwest market through a vibrant, interactive experience tailored for both our community and the startups involved. Through this program empower founders with the tools they need to build their companies.

Meet our friend and ecosystem member Chudi Iregbulem, the founder and CEO of Beatmatch. app, a 2022 Google Black Founders Fund recipient.
Beatmatch is a dating and social app matching people with similar music tastes together for relationships and friendships. Through our collaboration, the LA based app got its introduction in the Chicago Market with 100+ downloads in a single night.
Takeoff has hosted several events, such as a fintech-focused panel at Discover for founders interested in establishing fintech companies. Another event was a "Breaking into Tech" panel and networking session featuring Tribaja, a talent marketplace and community supporting underrepresented tech talent, where recruiters were actively engaged.
